Our flutes are completely restored.
They are disassembled and cleaned. Any tarnish is removed and parts are buffed to shine.
If needed, dents are removed and the fit of the joints is adjusted.
Yellow double bladder pads are installed and shimmed as required for a perfect seat.
Corks and felts are replaced where needed.
Keywork is oiled during reassembly to insure proper lubrication.
The pads are given a permenant seating.
Every instrument is play tested and adjusted to maximize performance, tone, projection and ease of play.
