The warranty period begins the day of delivery to you.
Flutes and Saxophones are warranted for 6 months.
Otherwise, the warranty period varies from 3 to 12 months depending on the purchase price.
Instruments priced less than $150 are warranted for 3 months.
Instruments priced more than $149 and less than $300 are warranted for 6 months.
Instruments priced more than $299 and less than $500 are warranted for 9 months.
Insturments priced more than $499 are warranted for 12 months.
During the warranty period we will at no additional charge:
Replace
worn pads, broken springs, worn tenon corks, regulating and silencing materials.
Adjust regulation, bent keys, rods and posts.
Tighten loose clarinet rings.
Diminish small dents in flutes and piccolos.
We will not, except for additional charge:
Replace broken parts other than specifically mentioned above.
Replate parts.
Repair cracks or chips.
It is the buyer's responsibility to deliver and pickup instruments requiring warranty service.
If the instrument is shipped it must be prepaid and an estimated cost will be charged for the return trip.
During the warranty period we will buy back undamaged plastic clarinets and student flutes for 50% of the purchase price.
We will also credit 75% of the purchase price for any undamaged instrument traded in for another instrument.
